I’m Hannah and I’m a qualified Personal Trainer from Southport.
Fitness has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember.I trained as a dancer for 15 years and also have experience in weightlifting, resistance training and CrossFit – this has taught me to be a disciplined and motivated individual with respect for my mind and body’s capabilities.
I also practice yoga and Muay Thai boxing to keep fit in my spare time, as in my opinion,finding something you enjoy is the key to a sustainable and successful fitness journey.
I believe the mental and physical benefits of exercise and movement are life changing and I am honoured to be able to guide people through their journey of discovering and utilising this powerful tool.
I am passionate and dedicated to delivering fun, informative and results driven sessions to my clients and giving 110% to each and everyone of you.

My name is Sharon, I am 39 years young and a mother of 3. During my pregnancy years I gained just over 88 pounds and I knew I need to change that. I decided to join the gym and become active, but unfortunately at the time I had no one to help me or to guide me. Now I love my life style, I love what I’m doing, I love the feeling of being fit mentally and physically and I decided that this is something I want to help other girls and women with.

I am a firm believer that a good personal trainer/ coach can change not only your physique but your mindset and your life!
My passion for fitness has seen huge improvements in both my physical health and mindset! Alongside my Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification, I have completed my BSc Psychology and MSc Health Psychology, with my primary research focus being on how psychological, behavioural and societal factors contribute to motivation and adherence to exercise and diet (and vice versa!).
I use this knowledge to support and educate you on how small, but consistent, changes in your everyday life can have big results. This way you can achieve your goals whilst keeping training, and your everyday lifestyle, fun and interesting! I offer both one-to-one training, online coaching, transformation programs and nutritional guidance with access to an App on your phone for tracking progress!

My fitness journey only started when I was 41, did I feel nervous about starting! Yes! I was nervous about weights walking in the gym and people looking at me. Of course people were never looking at me that just comes from an inner self doubt and lack of confidence at the time. But what I have gained since then is so much more! Not only a firmer, younger looking body and feeling and looking fit and healthy, but I have also gained more self love, self confidence and an amazing new healthy lifestyle, through eating the right foods to fuel my body right, and surrounding myself with positive like minded people.
Now age 43, so what I feel 30! It's never ever too late to begin. And if you are lacking in confidence about starting, let me help you, I've been there were you are and I will help you make those first steps to an amazing new healthy and confident lifestyle. I am probably one of the most positive, kind, motivated, and happy people you will ever meet! Through what I have achieved myself I would now like to inspire and help and share my knowledge on your personal journey and to help smash through your personal goals! There are no quick fixes, Magic Shakes, Magic Pills or potions. It's all about progression, consistency, motivation, determination and eating the correct food to support your fitness and body goals. I am now a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, working independently at the Warehouse Gym Southport, I also offer nutrition / food plans to suit your personal goals.

Jeanette offers one to one personal training. Tailor making each programme to fit the individuals needs and help achieve their goals. Jeanette has worked in the fitness industry for 26 years and teaches group fitness classes which currently include Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Step, Grit, HIIT and Insanity. Jeanette has a very knowledgeable background in weight lifting and did her first body building show 17 years ago. She competed twice this year and gained two first places.
